Design Features:
ZDS series H.C. pulper is the key equipment in deinking process. At consistency 15-17% and under the effect of chemical and physical actions ，waste papers such as newspaprint， magazine paper film-coated are disintefilms are separated from fiber efficiently.Compared with a low consistency pulper，slushing waste paper stock at the consistency of 15-17% results in saving energy 20-30%，The impurities in waste paper stock are easily detached from fiber without being smashed into small pieces easily and thus help cleaning of down- stream process.Compared with low consistency pulping，it can save heat and power by 50% as well as chemical by 20% respectively.
