ZST系列圆筒筛/ ZST Series Drum Screen

结构特点:

ZST系列圆筒筛由筛鼓、皮带传动装置和拖轮、挡轮、浆槽、进浆槽、啧水管等组成。筛鼓旋转时，浆料沿着筛鼓内圈等螺距螺旋导流片而向前推动，良浆与细小杂质在重力作用下，通过φ8-φ14mm筛孔至接浆槽，几何形态较大的轻、重杂质顺 螺旋板轨迹滑送至出渣端而排除。喷水装置将一定压力的水以扇形平面喷射，冲洗杂质上带的纤维与稀释纸浆，在最大限度的将杂质排除时，而纤维基本没有损失。

结构简单、操作安全可靠、粗筛选效率高。配套水力碎浆机系统，筛除粗杂质 ，提高流程净化效率。ZST系列圆筒筛装置于ZDS系列中浓碎浆机或ZDF系列杂质分离机之后 ，用以筛除废纸浆中几何形态较大的塑料、橡胶、砂石、金属片、薄膜等各种轻杂质及重杂质物。

Design Features:

ZST series drum screen consists of drum，belt driving device，catch wheel，drawing wheel,vat， inlet trough，spray pipe，etc.While the screening drum rotates，pulp is conveying forward to the drum cylinder by screw flight by gravity，accepts and fine impurities passing though φ8-14mm screening holes enter the vat.The larger impurities retained on screen plate is pushed forward to the end by screw f1ight.The fiber adhered to the impurities is washed off by fan nozzles in order to prevent fiber loss with impurities discharging.Simple structure，safe and reliable in operation and high effi- ciency in coarse screening.
