用 途:
MZC-1000型低浓重质除渣器适用于浆料浓度1.6-2.0%各类浆种的净化。
结构特点:
低浓除渣器的工作浓度高达2.5%，相应减少了除渣器的支数。特别适用大产能制浆装备的要求。
底部加挂轴向冲洗水装置，能单独控制粗渣浓度，有效控制纤维流失。通过对粗渣稀释，在各段排渣运行过程中不会出现堵浆现象。
Application:
MZC-1000 Low Consistency Cleaner is suitable for cleaning various kind of pulp with the consistency of 1.6%-1.2%.
Design Features:
The working consistency of the Low Consistency Cleaner as high as 2.5%, hence the number of cleaner is reduced accordingly. It is suitable for meeting the requirements of high capacity pulp making equipment.
The bottom part equipped with axial flushing water device, it can control the coarse rejects consistency individually and control the fiber loss efficiently.
By diluting the coarse rejects, there will not appear blocking phenomenon in the pro- cess of reject discharging in every stage.
