ZSF系列纤维分级筛/ ZSF Series Screen Fractionator
结构特点：
主要用于纸浆筛选中长、短纤维的分离，也可以通过控制排渣率作为纸浆的筛选设备。纸浆进入筛选去内，在筛鼓内外压力差和动能作用下，短纤维通过筛缝进入良浆区，被筛鼓拦截下来的长纤维及轻杂质，由转子旋转产生自清洗作用后从上部导管排出，达到长短纤维分离的目的，提高了筛选效率。
新型节能剑式转子是纤维分级筛重要的设计特点。节能剑式转子，采用流体动力学开发研制的新型节能转子设计结构，转子翼块的三维结构，加大了筛室的湍流，并能有效提升加速排渣效率，同时减少增浓问题，且转子线速度放得更低，使得压力筛能获得更高的生产能力。
Design Features
It is mainly used for separating long and short fiber during pulp screening.It can also be used as pulp screening equipmennt by controlling the rate of discharging rejects. When stock flows into screening zone,affected by the different pressure between the inner and outer of screen basket as well as moving energy,short fiber flows into the accept Zone through screen slot.Affected by the self-washing created by the rotating of the rotor,the long fiber and light impurities held up by screen basket are discharged through the outlet at the top of the screen,which results in separating long and short fibers as well as improving the efficiency of screening.
The advantage of fiber separating screen is to adopt the new design of sword-shaped rotor for saving energy. The new rotor structure is developed with application of fluid dynamics .3D structure of rotor blades strengthens turbulence inside screen to promote rejects discharging effiency,as well as to avoid pulp thickening. It aslo slows down linear speed of rotor to achieve high capacity.
