ZNW系列圆网浓缩机/ ZNW Series Cylinder Wire Thickener

用 途:

ZNW系列圆网浓缩机是用于造纸制浆流程中各种低浓段浆料浓缩洗涤的重力过滤设备。其进浆浓度为0.5%-1%，出浆 浓度根据不同浆种为4-6%之间。

结构特点:

圆网浓缩机对浆料的浓缩主要是靠网笼内外液位差进行的，同时浆料也靠压棍和网笼之间的挤压力脱水实现浓缩的。

网笼是圆网浓缩机的主要部件，它由端轮幅，中间轮幅、滤网、主轴组成。目前滤网主要材料由钢板钻孔或高分子聚乙稀材料制造，使用时套上相应目数的网布。

在圆网浓缩机上还装有压棍和刮刀，压棍支承在网的侧板上，由网笼带动。压棍为包胶棍，辊面硬度为60-65°(肖 氏)。压棍的压力为手轮调节，压辊配有刮刀，刀刃紧贴辊面，以剥落浆层。

圆网浓缩机在操作时应注意两点：一是要保持浆位的稳定，防止溢浆和糊网;二是要注意密封带的紧固，阻止了浆料浓缩。

Application:

ZNW series Cylinder Wire Thickener can be used in the washing and dewatering of low con- sistency stock in paper making and pulping pro- cess. It works like a filter by gravity. The inlet consistency is around 0.5-1%, and outlet con- sistency is 4-6% based on different stock.

Design Features:

Its working principle is to dewater through the level difference between stock outside and inside of cylinder as well as press between press roll and cylinder.

As a main part of thickener, the cylinder con- sists of end spoke, middle spoke, filter wire and main shaft. The wire is made by steel plate with holes or UHMWPE plate covered with wires of different meshes.

It also have press roll and blade in the thicken- er. The press roll is driven by cylinder on the side plate, it is covered by rubber, the hardness of roll surface is 60-65 ° (Shore) . The pres- sure of press roll is adjusted by hand wheel. The press roll is equipped with blade, the blade is cling roll surface for peeling stock.

There are two points shall be pay attention when operation, one is to keep the stable stock level to avoid overflow and wire blocking, the other is that the tightened seal belt obstructs stock from thickening.
