中浓漂白系统/ M.C.Bleaching System
用 途:
用于制浆造纸行业中浓漂白工段中，中浓泵、中浓混合器充分混合后的浆料在漂白塔内经过一定的漂白时间，由塔体顶部排出该塔一般用于废纸浆的漂白，
结构特点:
塔体采用锥体结构，防止浆料产生架桥现象发生。
特殊设计的内部结构，保证浆料能够均匀地下降肩利于浆料漂白时间一致。底部稀释功能实现了高浓漂白，低浓输送的功通，使工艺简单。
Application:
The upfow medium consistency bleaching tower is used in M. C. bleaching section of stockpreparation process. After fully mixed by M. C pump and M. C mixer, the stock remains tobe bleached in the tower for a certain of bleaching period and then fows out of tower fromoutlet at the top of tower. It is common used for the bleaching of recovered paper fber.
Design Features:
Slender shape with shuts in both ends makes it easy for stock to rise and prevents stock from detaining Baffe devices in the tower makes uniform distribution of stock
Steel tame structure, good rigidity, and easy to install Parts contacted with pulp are made by stainless steel. It extends service life with corrosion resisting.
