锥形磨浆机/ ZXM Series Conical Refiner
用途：
用于各种浆料的粗磨精磨。适合于木浆、竹浆、棉浆、废纸浆的打浆。
结构特点：
一是磨浆机转子直径相同时，锥形磨浆机可具有更大的磨浆面积，更长的磨浆时间，因此锥形磨浆机可在较低的动力消耗下获得较好的磨浆效果。二是磨浆机转子水平移动较大位置，径向移动较小的距离，有利于提高提高转子和定子间隙的调节精度。本设备进刀形式为电动进刀。
Application:
The conical refiner is suitable for coarse refining and fine refining of various pulps, such as wood pulp, bamboo pulp, cotton pulp, waste paper pulp.
Design Features:
1. When the diameter of refiner rotor is the same, the area of tapered shape refining surface is bigger and the refining time is longer so that the conical refiner can achieve a better refining performance with lower power consumption.
2. The structure design helps in more movement of refiner rotor in the horizontal direction, while less movement in radial direction. It helps to improve the adjustment accuracy of the rotor and stator clearance of refiner. The disc movement is controlled electrically.
