用 途 :
广泛适用于需进行固液分离的悬浮物质。如造纸、纺织、印染，特别适用于造纸的白水中的微纤维回收。
结构特点及工作原理：微滤机是一种机械过滤装置，由传动装置、溢流堰布水器、冲洗水装置、滤网等部件组成。
要处理的污水从入水口进入溢流堰布水器，经短暂稳流后，由出水口均匀溢出分布在反向旋转的滤筒滤网上，水流与滤筒内壁产生相对剪切作运动，过水效率高，固形物被截流分离，顺着筒内螺旋导向翻滚，从滤筒另一端排出，废水从水槽流走。起到固液分离作用。该设备的SS、COD去除率高。在一定的浓度下SS去除率70-80%，COD去除率35-50%。
